Request your LoRa keys

Get the missing AppEUI / AppKey for your OTAA-enabled LoRaWAN device.

OTAA-enabled LoRaWAN devices need three IDs/keys to join a network. The device identifier (DevEUI) is printed on the device itself and encoded in the QR code — both are also printed on the packaging.

We send the two missing keys — AppEUI (Application ID) and AppKey (Application Key) — automatically by email. Enter the email address you used to order the device from shop.aqua-scope.com, along with the DevEUI.

Purchased through a reseller? Your reseller will provide the keys directly.

Note: for security reasons, no error is returned if (1) the DevEUI is invalid, (2) the email is invalid, (3) the email was not used in our shop, or (4) the DevEUI was not purchased through that account. In those cases no email is sent.
